Our Principals have over 60 years of combined investigative experience having served with the Honolulu Police Department, The Maui Police Department, The United States Air Force, Fortune 500 Corporations, the Insurance Industry and renowned Investigative Agencies. These varied experiences have given our principals a strong investigative background across many facets of the investigative spectrum to serve our clients diligently and with integrity.
All of A & J's investigators are highly trained in all aspects of investigations and fraud detection. Each of A & J's highly qualified investigators has passed a criminal background check with the State of Hawaii prior to becoming a part of our investigative team. Our investigators are well versed in covert surveillance techniques, what constitutes harassment or trespassing, Privacy laws as they apply in Hawaii and the legal and ethical issues that can arise from an investigation. All of our investigators have a background in law enforcement, the insurance industry or private practice.
Investigator certifications include: Wicklander-Zulawski Interview and Interrogation Techniques, Reid Technique of interviewing and interrogation, Becton Dickinson Drug Testing, Northwestern University Technical Motor Traffic Accident Investigation Certificate and currently testing for Certified Fraud Examiner.
